What we can help with
Excavation & Site Services
Site preparation & clearing
Define the clearing limits, prepare access, and get the site ready for the next phase. We discuss stumps, debris, haul-off, and what should remain before the work is priced.
Grading, gravel & drainage
Review how water moves across the property, where it should go, and how the finished surface will be used. Scope may include drain tile, yard preparation, gravel drives, and base work.
Utilities & foundation excavation
Coordinate water and sewer trenching, utility connections, foundation excavation, and walk-out basement work with the approved plans and project schedule.
Let’s get the details right
A good scope
starts here.
Send what you have. We’ll let you know if photos, plans, measurements, or a site visit would help define the work.
- Property address or parcel number
- Survey, site plan, or building plans if available
- Photos showing equipment access and working space
- Dimensions, clearing limits, and known soil or rock concerns
- How you want excavated material and debris handled

Before we get started
Questions worth asking.
Can you review a sloped or wooded property?
Yes. Share the parcel information and access photos. A site visit helps us assess working room, equipment access, slope, spoil handling, and known conditions before final pricing.
Can you coordinate with my builder?
Yes. Send the plans and the construction schedule so we can discuss the sequence of clearing, excavation, utilities, and backfill.
What about final restoration?
The proposal identifies the included finish. Seeding, paving, masonry, and landscaping are included when they are listed in the written scope.
