What we can help with
Septic Installation, Inspection & Repairs
New systems & site work
Installation and related excavation coordinated around the approved design, property access, utility locations, and project responsibilities.
Inspections & system review
Tell us whether you need routine maintenance, help with a concern, or an inspection tied to a sale or purchase. Those purposes have different written scopes.
Repairs, pumps & controls
Discuss tank and piping concerns, distribution components, pump tanks, floats, alarms, controls, and force-main work. Pumping, sampling, and specialized services are quoted when needed.
Let’s get the details right
A good scope
starts here.
Send what you have. We’ll let you know if photos, plans, measurements, or a site visit would help define the work.
- Property address and the reason for your request
- Operation permit, system design, and maintenance records
- Last inspection and pumping dates if known
- Alarm history, backups, or unusual wet areas
- Any property-transaction or construction deadlines

Before we get started
Questions worth asking.
Is pumping included with an inspection?
Pumping and disposal are separately quoted unless expressly included in the proposal.
Does a pump mean my system is alternative?
Not necessarily. The system’s treatment and design determine its classification. Your permit and records help identify the right service requirements.
Do you offer recurring septic care?
Our Septic Care Membership combines scheduled visits with diagnostic-call savings, eligible labor discounts, and reminders. We review your system, address, and permit requirements before quoting the membership and travel.
Can I use a maintenance visit for a home sale?
A property-transaction inspection is a separate written scope. Let us know about the sale, purchase, and contract timing when you contact us.
Let’s talk about your property
Good property care starts with a conversation.
Tell us where the property is, what you want to change, and what matters most to you.
