We are exploring manufactured-home development as one way to create practical housing options in the Shenandoah Valley. Site access, grading, foundations, water and sewer connections, and long-term maintenance all influence whether a project works.
Our role is to bring the property and site-service pieces into one coordinated plan.

The proposed Shenandoah initiative remains subject to lot configuration, approvals, final designs, utility coordination, and project agreements. Homes are not being offered for sale or reservation through this website.
