What we can help with

Property Management

Rental operations

Tenant screening, rent collection, and property inspections scoped to the owner’s management agreement.

Property care

Coordinate move-out cleaning, construction cleanup, repairs, and lawn care as part of the agreed property-care scope.

Owner planning

Discuss current concerns and the next improvements. Clear scopes help owners decide what to address now and what to plan for later.

Let’s get the details right

A good scope
starts here.

Send what you have. We’ll let you know if photos, plans, measurements, or a site visit would help define the work.

  • Property address, unit count, and current occupancy
  • Lease timing and expected vacancy dates
  • Maintenance concerns or planned improvements
  • Which responsibilities you want managed
  • Existing agreements and service arrangements to consider

Before we get started

Questions worth asking.

Can I hire you just for maintenance or cleaning?

Yes. Individual maintenance or cleaning services can be quoted separately from a management agreement. Cleaning requests cover construction cleanup, move-outs, short-term rental turnovers, and commercial spaces.

Can you prepare a property between tenants?

We can coordinate move-out cleaning, construction cleanup, lawn care, repairs, and agreed improvements. Share the expected vacancy window and move-in target.

Where do tenants make maintenance requests?

Contact ValleyPro directly for the current instructions. This website does not collect rent or provide a tenant account portal.
